جلال طالبانی رئیس جمهوری عراق در تهران خواستار رهائی دو شهروند کرد ایرانی از حکم اعدام شده است.
خبرگزاری دیده بان حقوق بشر کردستان هم دوشنبه نوشت که حکم اعدام شیرکومعارفی وحبیب الله لطیفی ملغی شد و پروندۀ آنها جهت دادرسی دوباره به یکی ازشعب دیوان عالی ایران ارسال شد.
پیش از آن سایت اینترنتی روزنامۀ "آئینه" خبرداده بود که جلال طالبانی در سفری غیر رسمی و از پیش اعلام نشده به تهران از طریق محمود احمدی نژاد همتای ایرانی اش از رئیس قوۀ قضایی جمهوری اسلامی خواستار لغوحکم اعدام آنها شده بود.
دیده بان حقوق بشرکردستان توضیح داده است که رئیس جمهوری عراق قبلاً پیرامون لغو"احکام فعالان کرد با مسئولان نظام از جمله آیت الله لاریجانی، رئیس قوۀ قضایی" صحبت کرده بود. ولی این باردر دیداری "غیررسمی و در فضایی کاملاً دوستانه با رئیس قوۀ قضائی ایران گفتگو کرده، نتیجۀ آن عفو این دو متهم و لغو احکام بوده است". این دو از جمله به مبارزۀ مسلحانه علیۀ دولت ایران متهم شده بودند.
این خبر هنوز تائید شده است.
هفتۀ پیش نیز دو تن از نمایندگان اقلیت کرد مجلس شورای اسلامی خواستار لغو حکم اعدام شده، نسبت به خطرایجاد شکافی درمیان کردها و حکومت هشدار داده بودند. آنها به دنبال اعدام شهروند کرد احسان فتاحیان، نامه ای به آیت الله لاریجانی ارسال داشته بودند.

SULAIMANIYAH, Iraq — Iraqi President Jalal Talabani flew to Tehran on Sunday to appeal for the lives of Iranian Kurds sentenced to death, a newspaper website reported.
"President Talabani on Sunday pays a secret visit to Tehran to ask President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to intervene with the chief of the judiciary to avoid the execution of Iranian Kurds," said the Sulaimaniyah-based Awina journal.
Officials in Baghdad could not immediately confirm the visit.
Kurdish lawmakers in Iran last week asked the judiciary in the Islamic republic to reconsider issuing death sentences on people from the Kurdish minority, fearing it was alienating the ethnic group from the regime.
Iran's ILNA news agency reported that an unspecified number of Kurdish MPs had addressed their concern in a letter to judiciary chief Sadeq Larijani.
Their concern comes after an Iranian Kurd, Ehsan Fatahian, was executed despite the intervention of the lawmakers who said he had earlier been given a 10-year jail sentence by a lower court, ILNA said.
The letter stated that "a number of Kurdish youths have been given death penalties recently which is worrying the Kurdistan province," ILNA said, quoting the letter.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran must show its divine image in the country and outside... and the government should not act in a way that creates distance between Kurdish people and the regime," it added.
